Tip

Arrive by 11 am so you have time to reach the beach and come back; the shorter Danish loop (about 2 km) is the fallback if you're short on time.

Be careful

Hot, steep and humid — carry at least 2 liters of water per person and leave the beach by about 2 pm.

Open Wednesday to Sunday, 8 am–4 pm (closed Monday and Tuesday); entrance about US$12 plus tax for foreign visitors.
