Río Celeste Waterfall
Waterfall · Arenal & La Fortuna

Deep in Tenorio Volcano National Park, a waterfall pours into a pool so blue it looks edited. The color comes from minerals and light where two rivers meet just upstream.
After a landslide the lower viewing platform and the last flight of stairs down to the falls are closed (2026).
